本协议说明你使用 phewLab 开发的 Collata iOS / iPadOS 应用时的内容使用、数据管理和可选联网功能。开发者身份以 App Store 产品页所列应用提供者为准。请在使用相关功能前阅读本协议和隐私政策。

软件授权

通过 App Store 下载 Collata 时，软件使用授权适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议及 App Store 的使用规则。本协议补充说明 Collata 的功能和服务，不替代该软件许可。适用法律保障的消费者权利不因本协议受到限制。

Collata 中的开源软件、字体及其他第三方组件按各自许可证提供。你可以在“设置 → 开源许可”中查看许可文本；本协议不限制这些许可证赋予你的权利。

你导入的内容

Collata 是本地阅读工具，不提供在线书库、书籍下载服务或公共内容发布平台。你可以导入本版本支持的 PDF、EPUB、TXT 文件，并使用阅读、搜索、批注和整理功能。

你应拥有或获得阅读、复制、导入及分享相应文件所需的权限，并遵守适用法律和内容授权。请勿利用本应用侵犯他人的著作权、隐私或其他合法权益。

你导入的书籍和创建的批注不会因使用 Collata 而转让给开发者。本应用在设备上复制、解析和保存这些内容，仅用于提供你选择的功能。

本地数据与备份

书库和阅读记录主要保存在本设备上，本版本不提供开发者云端书库或跨设备书库同步。系统设备备份由 Apple 的设置和规则控制。

请保留重要书籍的原始文件，并按需要管理设备备份。删除书籍、卸载应用、设备损坏或系统恢复可能使本地记录无法继续访问；开发者没有服务器副本，无法远程恢复你的书库。此说明不免除开发者依法应承担的责任。

可选联网与第三方内容

“联网补全书籍信息”会向 Open Library 和 Wikimedia 查询书名、作者或 ISBN 等书籍信息。你可以在设置中关闭。查询结果可能存在错误或缺失，你可以检查并编辑书籍信息；第三方服务的可用性不由 Collata 控制。

EPUB 的外部资源由每本书单独选择。拒绝后，本地正文仍可阅读，外部资源和部分脚本可能不可用；允许后，书中资源和脚本可能连接出版者指定的站点。请只允许你信任的书籍联网。关闭元数据查询不会撤销单本 EPUB 已保存的联网选择，具体处理方式见隐私政策。

第三方网站、书籍内容及资源的版权、内容和隐私处理由对应提供者负责。你可以拒绝资源联网、更改书籍权限或停止使用相应内容。

智能功能与阅读结果

设备端智能功能受设备、系统版本、语言和系统模型可用性限制。自动识别的书名、作者、合集建议，以及自动隐藏的文字可能有误，请根据原文检查结果。本应用会保留被隐藏的原文，你可以管理或恢复隐藏内容；自动识别不能保证覆盖全部广告或准确区分每一段正文。

文件损坏、内容排版或格式差异可能导致导入、显示、搜索或朗读效果与原文件不同。遇到问题时，请保留原文件并通过支持渠道反馈。

更新、停止使用与联系

功能调整通过应用更新或相关页面说明。协议发生实质变更时，我们会更新文档和日期；涉及需要你同意的数据用途时，会在启用相应功能前说明并取得必要同意。

你可以随时停止使用或卸载应用。App Store 下载、购买和退款事项按 Apple 的相应规则处理。

使用问题、内容权利或协议相关问题，请联系 support@phewlab.com。如果发生争议，我们希望先通过沟通解决；你依法享有的投诉、救济和向有管辖权机构提出争议的权利不受影响。

書庫及閱讀記錄主要儲存在本裝置，本版本不提供開發者雲端書庫或跨裝置書庫同步。系統裝置備份由 Apple 的設定與規則控制。

請保留重要書籍的原始檔案，並依需要管理裝置備份。刪除書籍、解除安裝、裝置損壞或系統還原可能使本機記錄無法存取；開發者沒有伺服器副本，無法遠端還原書庫。此說明不免除開發者依法應承擔的責任。

可選連網與第三方內容

「連網補全書籍資訊」會向 Open Library 及 Wikimedia 查詢書名、作者或 ISBN 等資訊，你可在設定中關閉。結果可能有誤或缺漏，你可以檢查並編輯書籍資訊；第三方服務的可用性不由 Collata 控制。

Collata User Agreement

This agreement explains content use, data management and optional network features when you use Collata for iOS or iPadOS, developed by phewLab. The application provider is the developer listed on the App Store product page. Please read this agreement and the Privacy Policy before using the relevant features.

Software license

When you download Collata through the App Store, the software license is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and the App Store Usage Rules. This agreement adds information about Collata's features and services; it does not replace that software license. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this agreement.

Open-source software, fonts and other third-party components in Collata are provided under their respective licenses. You can read them under Settings → Open Source Licenses. This agreement does not limit rights granted by those licenses.

Content you import

Collata is a local reading tool. It does not provide an online book catalog, book download service or public content publishing platform. You can import PDF, EPUB and TXT files supported by this version and use its reading, search, annotation and organization features.

You should own or obtain the permissions needed to read, copy, import and share the files you use, and comply with applicable law and content licenses. Do not use the app to infringe others' copyright, privacy or other legal rights.

Using Collata does not transfer ownership of your imported books or notes to the developer. The app copies, parses and stores that content on your device only to provide features you choose to use.

Local data and backups

Your library and reading records are primarily stored on your device. This version does not offer a developer-hosted cloud library or cross-device library sync. System device backups are controlled by Apple's settings and rules.

Keep original copies of important books and manage device backups as needed. Deleting books, uninstalling the app, device damage or system restoration may make local records unavailable. The developer has no server copy and cannot remotely restore your library. This explanation does not exclude responsibilities imposed on the developer by law.

Optional networking and third-party content

Look Up Book Info Online queries Open Library and Wikimedia using book information such as titles, authors or ISBNs. You can turn it off in Settings. Results may be incorrect or incomplete; you can check and edit book details. Collata does not control the availability of third-party services.

External resources in EPUB books have a separate choice for each book. Denying access keeps local content readable but may prevent external resources and some scripts from working. Allowing access lets resources and scripts contact sites selected by the publisher. Allow access only for books you trust. Turning off metadata lookup does not revoke a book's saved network choice. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party providers are responsible for their websites, book content, resource rights and privacy practices. You can deny network access, change a book's permission or stop using that content.

Intelligent features and reading results

On-device intelligence depends on your device, system version, language and system model availability. Detected titles and authors, collection suggestions and automatically hidden text may be incorrect. Check results against the original content. The app preserves hidden text and lets you manage or restore it; automatic detection cannot guarantee that it finds every advertisement or correctly classifies every passage.

Damaged files, layout differences or format variations may affect import, display, search or read-aloud results. If you encounter a problem, keep the original file and contact support.

Updates, stopping use and contact

Feature changes are described in app updates or relevant pages. For material agreement changes, we will update the documents and date. Before enabling a data use that requires your consent, we will explain it and obtain the necessary consent.

You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. App Store downloads, purchases and refunds are handled under Apple's applicable rules.
