常见问题

如何导入书籍？: 点书库右上角的“+”，从“文件”中选择 PDF、EPUB 或 TXT（可多选）。也可以在“文件”或其他 App 中选中文件 → 共享 → Collata，或在 iPad 上直接把文件拖进书库。
TXT 打开是乱码怎么办？: Collata 会自动识别 UTF-8、UTF-16 与 GB18030。如果仍然乱码，请把文件发给我们，我们会改进识别。
为什么没有识别出章节？: Collata 识别“第 X 章 / 第 X 回 / Chapter X”等常见标题。标题格式特殊的书可能无法生成目录，但不影响阅读。
如何隐藏正文里的广告？: 长按选中文字 →“标记为无用信息”。在支持 Apple Intelligence 的设备上，Collata 会自动识别并隐藏。所有隐藏内容都可在书籍详情 →“已隐藏内容”中恢复。
我的书会上传到服务器吗？: 不会。详见隐私政策。
支持加密（DRM）的书吗？: 不支持。加密的 PDF、带 DRM 的 EPUB 无法导入。

Need help, found a bug or have an idea? Email us:

How do I import books?: Tap “+” in the top-right corner of the library and pick PDF, EPUB or TXT files from Files (you can select several). You can also select a file in Files or another app → Share → Collata, or drag files straight into the library on iPad.
A TXT file shows garbled characters.: Collata detects UTF-8, UTF-16 and GB18030 automatically. If a file still looks wrong, send it to us and we’ll improve detection.
Why is there no table of contents?: Collata recognizes common headings such as “Chapter 12” or “第十二回”. Books with unusual heading styles may not get a table of contents, but they still read normally.
How do I hide ads inside the text?: Long-press to select the text → “Mark as Clutter”. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, Collata finds and hides in-text ads automatically. Everything hidden can be restored from the book’s detail page → “Hidden Content”.
Are my books uploaded anywhere?: No. See the Privacy Policy.
Are DRM-protected books supported?: No. Encrypted PDFs and DRM-protected EPUBs can’t be imported.
