Collata 隐私政策

Collata（以下简称“本应用”）由 phewLab 开发，是一款适用于 iOS 和 iPadOS 的本地电子书阅读器。本政策说明本地数据、可选的联网功能，以及你主动联系我们时的信息处理方式。

我们不收集的信息

• 本应用没有账号系统，不需要注册或登录。
• 本应用不包含广告，不包含任何第三方数据分析、统计或追踪 SDK。
• 本应用不会自动把你的书籍文件、批注、阅读进度或阅读时长统计上传到开发者服务器。书籍信息查询和你允许的 EPUB 联网请求会访问第三方服务，具体见下文。

保存在你设备上的数据

• 你导入的书籍文件（PDF、EPUB、TXT）及其封面
• 书籍信息（书名、作者、简介、标签、合集）
• 阅读进度、批注、被隐藏的文字范围、阅读时长统计
• 阅读设置（字号、行距、亮度、阅读方式）
• EPUB 外部资源扫描结果，以及每本导入书籍的联网选择

书库保存在本应用的本地容器中。分享扩展会在设备上的 App Group 共享容器中暂存你主动分享的文件；主应用取入文件后清理暂存副本。小组件通过同一共享容器和共享设置读取书名、封面及阅读进度摘要，以展示继续阅读入口。这些共享发生在本设备上。

你可以在应用内删除书籍及其关联阅读记录，或卸载应用来移除应用的本地数据。全局阅读设置不因删除某一本书而清除。原始文件、你另行保存或分享的副本、系统备份，以及第三方已经收到的信息，不会因删除应用内书籍而自动删除。

本应用当前不提供书库的 iCloud 同步。如果你开启了设备的 iCloud 备份，本地数据可能作为设备备份的一部分由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理；恢复和删除备份由系统控制。

可关闭的书籍信息查询：Open Library 与 Wikimedia

当书籍缺少作者、简介或封面，或你手动选择重新匹配封面时，本应用会向公开的图书数据库 Open Library（openlibrary.org，由 Internet Archive 运营）发送书名、作者和文件中有效的 ISBN（如有），查询书籍信息并下载封面。为识别译名、系列编号和原作，本应用还会通过 Wikimedia 运营的维基百科与 Wikidata 查询书名、作者姓名及公开作品、作者编号。这些查询不经过开发者服务器。

• 此项查询仅使用书名、作者、ISBN 和公开作品编号，不上传书籍正文、设备标识符或个人账号信息。ISBN 在本地从文件元数据或明确标注的版权信息中读取；Wikimedia 查询不发送 ISBN 或书籍正文。
• 你可以随时在应用内“设置 → 联网补全书籍信息”中关闭这项查询。
• 与任何网络请求一样，Open Library 和 Wikimedia 的服务器会看到你的 IP 地址与查询参数。处理方式见 Internet Archive 隐私政策 和 Wikimedia 隐私政策。

EPUB 外部资源：每本书单独选择

导入 EPUB 时，Collata 会在本地扫描书中的标记内容、样式表、SVG 和脚本，不会访问扫描到的网址。如果发现外部资源、可能发出请求的脚本，或无法完整检查的内容，打开此书时会先弹窗，说明发现的资源类型和站点。脚本动态生成的地址无法始终预先列全。

• 在你选择之前，书籍资源加载器不会启动。允许或拒绝的选择随这次导入的书籍保存，重启应用后仍会记住。每本书独立选择；删除后重新导入会重新询问。
• 你可以在此书的“编辑书籍”页面底部更改“允许此书联网”，点击“存储”后保存新选择；点击“取消”会保留原选择。对于尚未做出选择的书籍，仅存储其他书籍信息不会代替你做出联网选择。
• 如果拒绝，阅读器会阻止外部请求，本地正文仍可阅读；外部资源和部分脚本内容可能不可用。
• 如果允许，图片、样式、字体、音视频、嵌入页面和脚本可以连接出版者在书中指定的站点。这些站点会收到 IP 地址及请求信息，脚本也可能传送其能够访问的其他数据，处理方式受相应站点的隐私政策约束。这些请求不经过 Collata 开发者的服务器。
• “联网补全书籍信息”单独控制 Open Library 与 Wikimedia 的书籍信息查询，关闭它不会改变每本书已保存的资源联网选择。

设备端智能功能

在支持 Apple Intelligence 的设备上，本应用使用系统提供的设备端模型来识别书籍信息、推荐合集名称、识别正文内广告。这些智能处理完全在你的设备上进行，不会向开发者或第三方服务器上传书籍内容。你允许的 EPUB 资源请求另见上文说明。

朗读（听书）

TXT 书籍的“听书”使用系统内置的语音合成功能，在设备上完成。

你主动联系我们时

如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到你主动提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，并通过邮件服务提供商处理，以回复问题、排查故障和跟进请求。我们仅在处理这些事项所需的范围内使用和保留信息，依法需要保留的记录除外。请只发送排查问题所需的信息，书籍正文和整个书库不需要默认提供。

本地诊断记录不会自动发送给开发者。如果你选择导出并发送诊断文件，我们会将其作为你主动提供的支持资料处理。你可以通过下方邮箱请求更正或删除你向我们提供的联系信息；开发者不持有你的本地书库，无法远程读取、恢复或删除它。

儿童隐私

本应用没有面向儿童的信息收集或账号功能。未成年人使用时，请由监护人协助选择导入内容和联网权限；第三方站点收到的信息按其自身政策处理。

政策变更

如果本政策发生变化，我们会更新应用内文档、公开页面及“最后更新”日期。涉及新的数据用途或需要你选择的联网行为时，我们会在启用相应功能前说明并取得必要的选择或同意。

Collata（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）由 phewLab 開發，是一款適用於 iOS 和 iPadOS 的本機電子書閱讀器。本政策說明本機資料、可選的連網功能，以及你主動聯絡我們時的資訊處理方式。

我們不收集的資訊

• 本應用程式沒有帳號系統，不需要註冊或登入。
• 本應用程式不含廣告，也沒有第三方分析、統計或追蹤 SDK。
• 本應用程式不會自動將書籍檔案、註解、閱讀進度或閱讀時間統計上傳至開發者伺服器。書籍資訊查詢及你允許的 EPUB 連網請求會存取第三方服務，詳見下文。

儲存在裝置上的資料

• 匯入的書籍檔案（PDF、EPUB、TXT）及其封面
• 書籍資訊（書名、作者、簡介、標籤、合集）
• 閱讀進度、註解、隱藏的文字範圍及閱讀時間統計
• 閱讀設定（字級、行距、亮度、閱讀方式）
• EPUB 外部資源掃描結果，以及每本匯入書籍的連網選擇

書庫儲存在本應用程式的本機容器內。分享延伸功能會將你主動分享的檔案暫存於裝置上的 App Group 共用容器；主應用程式接收後會清理暫存副本。小工具透過同一共用容器與共用設定讀取書名、封面及閱讀進度摘要，提供繼續閱讀入口。這些共用都發生在本裝置上。

你可以在應用程式內刪除書籍及相關閱讀記錄，或解除安裝以移除應用程式的本機資料。刪除單本書不會清除全域閱讀設定。原始檔案、你另行儲存或分享的副本、系統備份，以及第三方已收到的資訊，不會因刪除應用程式內的書籍而自動刪除。

本應用程式目前不提供書庫的 iCloud 同步。若你啟用裝置的 iCloud 備份，本機資料可能作為裝置備份的一部分，由 Apple 依其隱私權政策處理；備份的還原與刪除由系統控制。

可關閉的書籍資訊查詢：Open Library 與 Wikimedia

當書籍缺少作者、簡介或封面，或你手動選擇重新配對封面時，本應用程式會向 Internet Archive 營運的 Open Library（openlibrary.org）傳送書名、作者及檔案中的有效 ISBN（如有），查詢資訊並下載封面。為辨識譯名、系列卷次及原作，本應用程式也會透過 Wikimedia 營運的維基百科與 Wikidata 查詢書名、作者姓名及公開作品、作者編號。查詢不經過開發者伺服器。

• 查詢僅使用書名、作者、ISBN 與公開編號，不上傳書籍正文、裝置識別碼或個人帳號資訊。ISBN 在本機從檔案中繼資料或明確標示的版權資訊讀取；Wikimedia 查詢不傳送 ISBN 或正文。
• 你可以隨時在「設定 → 連網補全書籍資訊」關閉查詢。
• Open Library 和 Wikimedia 的伺服器會收到你的 IP 位址與查詢參數。詳見 Internet Archive 隱私權政策及 Wikimedia 隱私權政策。

EPUB 外部資源：每本書單獨選擇

匯入 EPUB 時，Collata 在本機掃描書中的標記內容、樣式表、SVG 與腳本，不會存取掃描到的網址。若發現外部資源、可能發出請求的腳本，或無法完整檢查的內容，開啟該書時會先顯示對話框，說明資源類型和網站。腳本動態產生的位址無法始終預先列全。

• 做出選擇前，書籍資源載入器不會啟動。允許或拒絕的選擇隨本次匯入的書籍儲存，重新啟動後仍會保留。每本書獨立選擇；刪除後重新匯入會再次詢問。
• 你可以在該書「編輯書籍」頁面底部更改「允許此書連網」，按「儲存」保存新選擇；按「取消」保留原選擇。對尚未選擇的書籍，僅儲存其他資訊不會代替你決定連網權限。
• 若拒絕，閱讀器會阻擋外部請求，本機正文仍可閱讀；外部資源與部分腳本內容可能無法使用。
• 若允許，圖片、樣式、字型、音訊與影片、內嵌頁面及腳本可連接出版者指定的網站。這些網站會收到 IP 位址與請求資訊，腳本也可能傳送其能存取的其他資料，處理方式依相應網站的隱私權政策。這些請求不經過 Collata 開發者伺服器。
• 「連網補全書籍資訊」獨立控制 Open Library 與 Wikimedia 查詢，關閉後不會改變單本書已儲存的資源連網選擇。

裝置端智慧功能

在支援 Apple Intelligence 的裝置上，本應用程式使用系統的裝置端模型辨識書籍資訊、建議合集名稱及辨識正文廣告。智慧處理在裝置上完成，不會將正文上傳至開發者或第三方伺服器。你允許的 EPUB 資源請求另見上文。

朗讀

TXT 書籍的朗讀使用系統內建語音合成，在裝置上完成。

你主動聯絡我們時

若你寄送支援郵件，我們會收到你主動提供的電子郵件地址、內容及附件，透過郵件服務提供者處理，以回覆問題、排查故障及跟進請求。我們僅在處理這些事項所需範圍內使用與保留資訊，依法須保留的記錄除外。請只提供排查問題所需的資訊，不需要預設提供書籍正文或整個書庫。

本機診斷記錄不會自動寄給開發者。若你選擇匯出並寄送診斷檔案，我們會將其視為你主動提供的支援資料。你可以透過下方郵箱請求更正或刪除提供給我們的聯絡資訊；開發者不持有你的本機書庫，無法遠端讀取、還原或刪除它。

兒童隱私

本應用程式沒有面向兒童的資訊收集或帳號功能。未成年人使用時，請由監護人協助選擇匯入內容及連網權限；第三方網站依自身政策處理收到的資訊。

政策變更

政策變更時，我們會更新應用程式內文件、公開頁面及日期。涉及新的資料用途或需要你選擇的連網行為時，會在啟用相關功能前說明並取得必要選擇或同意。

Collata Privacy Policy

Collata ("the app"), developed by phewLab, is a local e-book reader for iOS and iPadOS. This policy explains local data, optional network features, and information you provide when contacting us.

What we don't collect

• The app has no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for or sign in to.
• The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not automatically upload your book files, notes, reading progress or reading-time statistics to a developer server. Book information lookup and EPUB requests you allow contact third-party services as explained below.

Data stored on your device

• The book files you import (PDF, EPUB, TXT) and their covers
• Book details (title, author, description, tags, collections)
• Reading progress, notes, hidden text ranges and reading-time statistics
• Reader settings (font size, line spacing, brightness, reading mode)
• EPUB resource scan results and the network choice you save for each imported book

Your library is stored in the app's local container. The share extension temporarily copies files you choose to share into an App Group container on your device; the main app clears the staged copies after taking them in. Widgets read book titles, covers and reading-progress summaries through that shared container and shared preferences to offer a continue-reading shortcut. This sharing stays on your device.

You can delete books and their associated reading records in the app, or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Deleting one book does not clear global reader settings. Original files, copies you separately save or share, system backups, and information already received by third parties are not automatically deleted when you remove a book from Collata.

The app currently does not offer iCloud library sync. If you enable iCloud Backup for your device, local data may be included in a device backup and handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Backup restoration and deletion are controlled by the system.

Optional book information lookup: Open Library and Wikimedia

When a book lacks an author, description or cover, or you choose to find a new cover, the app sends its title, author and a valid ISBN from the file, if available, to Open Library (openlibrary.org, operated by the Internet Archive) to look up information and covers. To resolve translations, numbered titles and original works, the app also sends titles, author names and public work or author identifiers to Wikipedia and Wikidata, operated by Wikimedia. These requests do not go through a developer server.

• Lookup uses only titles, authors, ISBNs and public identifiers — never book contents, device identifiers or personal account information. ISBNs are read locally from file metadata or explicitly labelled publication information. Wikimedia requests do not include ISBNs or book contents.
• You can turn this off at any time in the app under Settings → “Look Up Book Info Online”.
• As with any network request, Open Library and Wikimedia see your IP address and query parameters. See the Internet Archive privacy policy and the Wikimedia privacy policy.

EPUB external resources: your choice for each book

At import, Collata scans EPUB markup, stylesheets, SVG and scripts locally without fetching their URLs. If external resources, scripts that could make requests, or content that could not be fully inspected are found, opening the book first shows a dialog with the detected resource types and sites. Dynamic script destinations cannot always be listed in advance.

• No book resource loader starts until you choose. Allowing or denying access is saved with this imported book and remembered across app restarts. Other books have independent choices; deleting and importing a book again creates a new choice.
• You can change “Allow Network Access” at the bottom of the book's Edit Book page. Save stores the new choice; Cancel keeps the previous one. Saving other book details without changing the switch leaves an undecided book's permission undecided.
• If you deny access, external requests from the reader are blocked. Local book content remains readable; external resources and some scripted content may be unavailable.
• If you allow access, images, styles, fonts, media, embedded pages and scripts can contact sites selected by the book publisher. Those sites receive your IP address and request information, and scripts may transmit other data accessible to them. Their own privacy practices apply. These requests do not go to a Collata developer server.
• The metadata lookup setting controls Open Library and Wikimedia requests separately; switching it off does not change a book’s saved resource permission.

On-device intelligence

On devices that support Apple Intelligence, the app uses the system's on-device model to detect book details, suggest collection names and identify in-text ads. This processing happens entirely on your device; this intelligence processing does not upload book contents to the developer or third-party servers. EPUB requests that you allow are described separately above.

Read aloud

For TXT books, "Listen" uses the system's built-in speech synthesis on your device.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide and process them through our email service provider to reply, troubleshoot and follow up. We use and retain this information only as needed for those purposes, except where retention is required by law. Please send only information needed to resolve the issue; book contents and your entire library are not required by default.

Local diagnostics are not automatically sent to the developer. If you export and send a diagnostic file, we treat it as support information you chose to provide. You may request correction or deletion of contact information you provided using the address below. The developer does not hold your local library and cannot remotely read, restore or delete it.

Children's privacy

The app has no child-directed information collection or account features. A parent or guardian should help minors choose imported content and network permissions. Third-party sites handle information they receive under their own policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the in-app document, public page and "Last updated" date. Before enabling a feature with a new data use or network choice, we will explain it and obtain any necessary choice or consent.
