Monostare（以下简称“本应用”）由 phewLab 开发，是一款用来打开、查看、编辑和整理各种文件的工具，提供 iOS、iPadOS、macOS 版本，以及 Android、Windows、Linux 版本。本政策说明本应用在设备上保存的数据、可选的账号与会员、由你开启的联网功能，以及你联系我们时的信息处理方式。

我们不收集的信息

• 本应用不包含广告，也不包含任何第三方数据分析、统计或追踪 SDK。
• 本应用不会把资料库中的文件、文件内容、标签、评分、备注或阅读位置上传到开发者服务器。
• 账号是可选的。不登录也可以使用全部免费功能，也可以通过 App Store 购买会员。

保存在你设备上的数据

• 你导入或新建的文件，以及从压缩包、服务器取出的副本
• 资料库信息：文件夹、标签、评分、备注、收藏、智能集合、自动整理规则、最近打开记录
• 阅读位置、编辑草稿和应用设置
• 私密空间中的文件：用你设定的密码在设备上加密，开发者没有密码，无法解密；忘记密码后文件无法恢复。若开启面容 ID / 触控 ID 解锁，解锁密钥保存在系统钥匙串中
• 你添加的 WebDAV / SFTP 服务器地址和登录信息，保存在系统钥匙串（其他平台为系统凭据库）中

你可以在应用内删除文件、清空回收站，或卸载应用来移除这些数据。如果你开启了设备的 iCloud 备份，部分本地数据可能作为设备备份的一部分由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。文字识别、朗读、Office 文档编辑和图片、视频处理均在设备上完成。

可选账号

如果你注册账号，我们在服务器上保存：

• 邮箱地址，以及用于注册、找回密码和更换邮箱的一次性验证码（10 分钟后失效）
• 密码：只保存加盐的 scrypt 摘要，不保存密码本身
• 你设置的显示名称和头像（512×512 像素图片）
• 登录会话：只保存会话令牌的摘要和到期时间，30 天后过期
• 注册时间和账号上的会员有效期

账号用于登录、在你的设备之间同步会员资格。验证码邮件通过 Apple iCloud 邮件服务发送。账号服务器位于中国香港（腾讯云）。为防止滥用，服务会短暂记录 IP 地址和邮箱摘要用于频率限制，记录在约 15 分钟内自动清除；网站服务器的访问日志可能记录 IP 地址、时间和请求路径，用于安全和故障排查。

删除账号：在应用的“设置 → 账号 → 删除账号”中输入当前密码即可删除。删除后，账号的邮箱、名称、头像、会话和账号上的会员记录会立即从服务器数据库中删除；服务器维护时保留的有限备份会在之后清除。删除账号不会删除你设备上的文件；在 App Store 购买的会员属于你的 Apple ID，仍可通过“恢复购买”使用。

会员与购买

在 Apple 设备上，会员是 App Store 的一次性购买（非消耗型项目），买一次永久有效，没有订阅和续费。付款由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到你的付款卡号或 Apple ID 密码。本应用在设备上通过 StoreKit 验证购买，不登录也能使用。

如果你已登录账号，本应用会把 App Store 签名的交易信息（交易编号、商品、购买时间、环境）发送到我们的服务器，用于在账号上记录会员资格并同步到你的其他设备。如果购买被退款，Apple 会通知我们的服务器，账号上的会员资格随之取消。

由你开启或发起的联网功能

• 全功能网页（默认关闭）：开启后，你打开的网页文件可以从互联网加载脚本、图片等资源并联网通信。这些网站会收到你的 IP 地址和请求信息，处理方式受相应网站的隐私政策约束。关闭时，网页不会联网。
• 连接服务器：本应用直接连接你添加的 WebDAV 或 SFTP 服务器，传输的文件和登录信息不经过开发者服务器。
• 在浏览器中互传（默认关闭）：开启并打开互传页面后，同一局域网中的电脑在输入 6 位口令后可以上传或下载资料库中的文件。传输只在局域网内进行，不经过开发者服务器；传输未加密，请只在可信网络中使用。
• 你点开文件中的链接时，链接会在浏览器或对应的应用中打开。

系统权限

更换头像时，你可以从相册选择图片。本应用只读取你选中的图片，并在设备上裁剪后上传为头像。在 macOS 12 上，相册选择需要照片访问权限，你可以随时在系统设置中关闭。

你主动联系我们时

如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到你主动提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，并通过邮件服务提供商处理，以回复问题和排查故障。我们只在处理这些事项所需的范围内使用和保留这些信息，依法需要保留的记录除外。请只发送排查问题所需的文件。

儿童隐私

本应用不面向儿童收集信息。未成年人注册账号或购买会员前，请由监护人协助。

政策变更

如果本政策发生变化，我们会更新本页面及“最后更新”日期。涉及新的数据用途时，我们会在启用相应功能前说明，并在需要时取得你的同意。

Monostare（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）由 phewLab 開發，是一款用來開啟、檢視、編輯和整理各種檔案的工具，提供 iOS、iPadOS、macOS 版本，以及 Android、Windows、Linux 版本。本政策說明本應用程式在裝置上儲存的資料、可選的帳號與會員、由你開啟的連網功能，以及你聯絡我們時的資訊處理方式。

我們不收集的資訊

• 本應用程式不含廣告，也沒有任何第三方分析、統計或追蹤 SDK。
• 本應用程式不會將資料庫中的檔案、檔案內容、標籤、評分、備註或閱讀位置上傳至開發者伺服器。
• 帳號是可選的。不登入也可以使用全部免費功能，也可以透過 App Store 購買會員。

儲存在裝置上的資料

• 你匯入或新增的檔案，以及從壓縮檔、伺服器取出的副本
• 資料庫資訊：資料夾、標籤、評分、備註、收藏、智慧型集合、自動整理規則、最近開啟記錄
• 閱讀位置、編輯草稿和應用程式設定
• 私密空間中的檔案：以你設定的密碼在裝置上加密，開發者沒有密碼，無法解密；忘記密碼後檔案無法復原。若啟用 Face ID / Touch ID 解鎖，解鎖金鑰儲存在系統鑰匙圈中
• 你新增的 WebDAV / SFTP 伺服器位址和登入資訊，儲存在系統鑰匙圈（其他平台為系統憑證儲存區）中

你可以在應用程式內刪除檔案、清空垃圾桶，或解除安裝以移除這些資料。若你啟用裝置的 iCloud 備份，部分本機資料可能作為裝置備份的一部分，由 Apple 依其隱私權政策處理。文字辨識、朗讀、Office 文件編輯以及圖片、影片處理均在裝置上完成。

可選帳號

如果你註冊帳號，我們在伺服器上儲存：

• 電子郵件地址，以及用於註冊、找回密碼和更換電子郵件的一次性驗證碼（10 分鐘後失效）

刪除帳號：在應用程式的「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」中輸入目前密碼即可刪除。刪除後，帳號的電子郵件、名稱、頭像、工作階段和帳號上的會員記錄會立即從伺服器資料庫中刪除；伺服器維護時保留的有限備份會在之後清除。刪除帳號不會刪除你裝置上的檔案；在 App Store 購買的會員屬於你的 Apple ID，仍可透過「回復購買」使用。

會員與購買

在 Apple 裝置上，會員是 App Store 的一次性購買（非消耗性項目），買一次永久有效，沒有訂閱和續費。付款由 Apple 處理，我們不會收到你的付款卡號或 Apple ID 密碼。本應用程式在裝置上透過 StoreKit 驗證購買，不登入也能使用。

• 全功能網頁（預設關閉）：開啟後，你開啟的網頁檔案可以從網際網路載入腳本、圖片等資源並連網通訊。這些網站會收到你的 IP 位址和請求資訊，處理方式依相應網站的隱私權政策。關閉時，網頁不會連網。
• 連線伺服器：本應用程式直接連線你新增的 WebDAV 或 SFTP 伺服器，傳輸的檔案和登入資訊不經過開發者伺服器。
• 在瀏覽器中互傳（預設關閉）：開啟並打開互傳頁面後，同一區域網路中的電腦輸入 6 位數口令後可以上傳或下載資料庫中的檔案。傳輸只在區域網路內進行，不經過開發者伺服器；傳輸未加密，請只在可信任的網路中使用。
• 你點按檔案中的連結時，連結會在瀏覽器或對應的應用程式中開啟。

系統權限

更換頭像時，你可以從相簿選擇圖片。本應用程式只讀取你選取的圖片，並在裝置上裁切後上傳為頭像。在 macOS 12 上，從相簿選擇需要照片存取權限，你可以隨時在系統設定中關閉。

你主動聯絡我們時

若你寄送支援郵件，我們會收到你主動提供的電子郵件地址、內容及附件，透過郵件服務提供者處理，以回覆問題和排查故障。我們只在處理這些事項所需範圍內使用與保留資訊，依法須保留的記錄除外。請只提供排查問題所需的檔案。

兒童隱私

本應用程式不面向兒童收集資訊。未成年人註冊帳號或購買會員前，請由監護人協助。

政策變更

政策變更時，我們會更新本頁面及「最後更新」日期。涉及新的資料用途時，會在啟用相關功能前說明，並在需要時取得你的同意。

Monostare Privacy Policy

Monostare ("the app"), developed by phewLab, is a tool for opening, viewing, editing and organizing files, available for iOS, iPadOS and macOS, with versions for Android, Windows and Linux. This policy explains the data the app keeps on your device, the optional account and membership, network features you turn on, and information you provide when contacting us.

What we don't collect

• The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not upload files in your library, their contents, tags, ratings, notes or reading positions to a developer server.
• An account is optional. Every free feature works without signing in, and membership can be bought through the App Store without an account.

Data stored on your device

• Files you import or create, and copies taken from archives or servers
• Library information: folders, tags, ratings, notes, favorites, smart collections, organizing rules and recently opened files
• Reading positions, editing drafts and app settings
• Files in the private space: encrypted on the device with a password you choose. The developer does not have the password and cannot decrypt them; if you forget it, the files cannot be recovered. If you unlock it with Face ID / Touch ID, the unlock key is kept in the system Keychain
• WebDAV / SFTP server addresses and sign-in details you add, kept in the system Keychain (the system credential store on other platforms)

You can delete files and empty the trash in the app, or uninstall the app to remove this data. If iCloud Backup is on for your device, some local data may be included in a device backup and handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Text recognition, read-aloud, Office document editing and image and video processing all happen on your device.

Optional account

If you create an account, our server stores:

• Your email address, and one-time codes for signing up, resetting your password and changing your email (they expire after 10 minutes)
• Your password only as a salted scrypt hash, never the password itself
• The display name and avatar (a 512×512 pixel image) you set
• Sign-in sessions, stored only as a token hash with an expiry date; they expire after 30 days
• When the account was created and its membership period

The account is used to sign in and to share your membership between your devices. Verification emails are sent through Apple's iCloud Mail. The account server is located in Hong Kong, China (Tencent Cloud). To prevent abuse, the service briefly records IP addresses and hashed email addresses for rate limiting and clears them automatically within about 15 minutes. Web server access logs may record IP addresses, times and request paths for security and troubleshooting.

Deleting your account: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app and enter your current password. The account's email, name, avatar, sessions and the membership recorded on it are removed from the server database immediately; limited backups kept for server maintenance are cleared afterwards. Deleting the account does not delete files on your devices. Membership bought in the App Store belongs to your Apple ID and stays available through Restore Purchases.

Membership and purchases

On Apple devices, membership is a one-time App Store purchase (a non-consumable item): buy it once and keep it, with no subscription or renewals. Payment is handled by Apple; we never receive your card number or Apple ID password. The app verifies the purchase on the device with StoreKit, so membership works without an account.

If you are signed in, the app sends the App Store-signed transaction details (transaction IDs, product, purchase date, environment) to our server to record the membership on your account and share it with your other devices. If a purchase is refunded, Apple notifies our server and the membership on the account ends.

Network features you turn on or start

• Full Web Pages (off by default): when on, web page files you open can load scripts, images and other resources from the internet and communicate over the network. Those sites receive your IP address and request details and handle them under their own privacy policies. When off, web pages do not connect to the network.
• Connect to Server: the app connects directly to the WebDAV or SFTP servers you add. Files and sign-in details do not pass through a developer server.
• Transfer in a Browser (off by default): while it is on and the transfer page is open, a computer on the same local network can upload or download library files after entering a 6-digit code. Transfers stay on the local network and do not pass through a developer server. They are not encrypted, so use it only on networks you trust.
• Links you tap in a file open in your browser or the matching app.

System permissions

When changing your avatar, you can choose a picture from your photo library. The app reads only the picture you select, crops it on the device and uploads it as your avatar. On macOS 12, choosing from the photo library needs Photos access, which you can turn off at any time in System Settings.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide and process them through our email service provider to reply and troubleshoot. We use and retain this information only as needed for those purposes, except where retention is required by law. Please send only files needed to resolve the issue.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect information directed at children. Minors should have a parent or guardian help before creating an account or buying a membership.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. Before enabling a feature with a new data use, we will explain it and obtain your consent where needed.
